Web Customer Representative – Costa Mesa, CA
Were looking for a motivated team oriented self starter who is flexible and adapts easily to change. Company has an immediate opening for a Web Customer Service (eRep) position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Process orders received from multiple E-commerce web sites that include evaluating fraud scores, tracking orders to ensure timely fulfillment, making adjustments, canceling orders and handling returns and chargeback’s. E-Reps are expected to up-sell and close sales transactions from customers who call to place orders.
Receive and respond to customer calls, email and live chats professionally and in a timely manner in accordance to company policies. Assist customers with technical and billing questions, inventory availability, order status and problems, and other questions.
Prepare regular status and activity reports using information pulled from various sources. Assist in writing and compiling procedure documentation and manuals.
Other responsibilities include, processing out of stock requests, regularly checking eBay listings, entering information into database, training other reps, compose customer letters and other various general office duties.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1-3 years of “hands-on” Customer Service experience in a retail environment desired, preferably cosmetics.
Our ideal candidate will have experience that includes web site or cosmetics customer service, and/or use of web-based applications, plus Word and Excel. Data entry skills with computer familiarity and reasonably quick and accurate typing abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to deal tactfully and diplomatically with customers and staff. Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Must be reliable, highly organized, and a team player.
Available Shift 7am - 4pm
