We are now looking for a Store Manager for our Metro Center location in Phoenix, AZ
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· All aspects of management for a high-volume, creative retail environment
· Lead, train, and motivate a team, ensuring outstanding customer service and strong visual merchandising presentations
· Represent Hot Topic's culture, emphasizing a work environment that's fair and developmental, customer service focused on everything about the music.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
· Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience managing in a dynamic retail operation, specialty store experience preferred
· Demonstrated experience driving business, building teams, and reducing shrink, with a "sales first" focus
· Demonstrated strong leadership and visual merchandising skills
· Demonstrated skills in recruiting, selecting, and developing people
· Music/fashion knowledge and apparel experience are preferred
· Minimum 18 years of age
· Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
