Hot Topic is looking for a System Administrator to join the P&A Team. The role of the System Administrator includes the following:



Administration of Allocation System
· Develop and maintain allocation calculations and formulas

· Administration of Allocation System

· Develop and maintain analysis spreadsheets

· Develop and maintain daily and weekly data validation procedures

· Develop and maintain documentation for all procedures and systems

· General and system support for all Merchandising users

· Responsible for managing upgrade projects to multiple systems, including Arthur Allocation

· Work closely with IT department to guide decisions around scheduling, implementation projects and upgrade projects

· Create and deliver technical and functional training


JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Two years experience in allocation or retail related systems administration preferred

· Outstanding analytical, mathematical and computer skills (Word and Excel)

· Strong oral and written communication skills

· Must be organized, accurate and have excellent time management skills

· Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to apply these skills to many different types customer groups

· Four year degree strongly preferred

· Must be currently performing at a highly effective level or above

Ability to relocate to Headquarters in City of Industry, CA
